Hidden gems of Uganda Treks and Tours is an exciting family run safari company located in the South Western part of Uganda (Kabale District).  Our primary aim is to provide high quality services that are great value for money.  We are fully registered and regulated by the Uganda Tourist Board.  Our registration number is - UTB/TT/83703

While we like to keep our groups small and personal, we can accommodate groups of any size.  Our pricing ranges from budget camping safaris to luxury lodging - so there is something for everyone.  Custom tailored safaris are available so you can mix and match your activities.

We are also committed to giving back to the needy communities of Uganda through our schools programmes.  We help with education and health, and create awareness about conservation for the future generations.

One of our main aims is to help promote tourism in our beautiful country, and in turn regenerate the economy and future industry.

Hidden Gems is a unique safari company with an excellent reputation, customers return time after time.  We work with the local suppliers in hotels, air charter, and hot air balloon safaris, to offer you a service at an affordable price – thus giving you the best value for money, whilst creating work for our community.

Our Safari vehicles range from vans to land cruisers.  All are specially fitted with open roofs to give you room to breathe, move around and get that photo you desire. They vary between 3, 5 and 7 passengers and feature pop up roof hatches for shade, removable arm rests, ample storage and high back seats. These vehicles are cleaned daily and serviced regularly. All of our guides/Drivers have spent many years traversing the bush and National parks of the East African countries. With years studying the flora, fauna and wildlife in schools coupled with constant training and retraining, they know by instinct what it is you’re longing to see. Every wildlife safari is different; from a cheetah with cubs to a lion with a kill, you can be assured that our guides will do everything possible to capture every moment and make your safari the trip of a lifetime.
